Mikio Konda vs Robert Makubuya

Boxing Daily Report from the ノックアウトボクシング promoted show at Tokorozawa Municipal Gymnasium, Tokorozawa,  taking place on 17/07/2024:

Clearly ノックアウトボクシング have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on NTV, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Mikio Konda (5 - 0) who hails from Amagasaki, Japan and Robert Makubuya(4 - 0 - 4) from Lira, Uganda.  Both Konda and Makubuya weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mitsuru Kudo, and the three ringside judges are Yuichi Mihara, Ryuu Kamiya and Taro Hara.
