Xavier Cerezo vs John Riddel

Boxing Daily Report from the Showtime Promotions promoted show at Four Points Sheraton Hotel, San Diego,  taking place on 09/09/2024:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fight Now TV, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Xavier Cerezo (3 - 0) who hails from Hialeah, USA and John Riddel(2 - 2 - 2) from Baltimore, USA.  Both Cerezo and Riddel weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Seth Frith, and the three ringside judges are Alastair Hankin, Barry Maxton and William Shawn.
