Boxing Daily Report from the AI South Africa-KwaZulu-Natal promoted show at Umlazi Theron, Umlazi,  taking place on 01/08/2024:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the South Africa Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on AIT Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are John Tshimpanzu (5 - 5 - 1) who hails from Umlazi, South Africa and Vandwon Tshwete(6 - 5 - 3) from Randburg, South Africa.  Tshimpanzu weighed in at 239 pounds and 15 ounces, while Tshwete weighed in at 234 pounds and 3 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Cody Fuani, and the three ringside judges are Kasi Mogoeng, Steven De Lange and Brad Van Blerk.
