Hiro Kurata vs Hitoshi Morishige

Boxing Daily Report from the Maloian Promotions promoted show at Royal Hotel Hiroshima, Hiroshima,  taking place on 12/08/2024:

Clearly Maloian Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Hiro Kurata (5(1) - 0) who hails from Nagoya, Japan and Hitoshi Morishige(6 - 4 - 3) from Shizuoka, Japan.  Kurata weighed in at 226 pounds and 5 ounces, while Morishige weighed in at 246 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Kenji Shimoda, and the three ringside judges are Satoshi Sakamoto, Ichiro Mino and Shinji Ando.
