Boxing Daily Report from the Bos Firefighters promoted show at Safari Park Hotel, Nairobi,  taking place on 10/08/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Eastern African Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Raimy Chapema (11 - 1 - 4) who hails from Lusaka, Zambia and Umair Abboud(11 - 3(1) - 2) from Kampala, Uganda.  Chapema weighed in at 242 pounds and 8 ounces, while Abboud weighed in at 246 pounds and 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Yobachi Rubia, and the three ringside judges are Armani Kipchoim, Elliot Lumumba and Kashif Haque.
