Michael Duguid vs Malcolm Haig

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Jamaica-Kingston promoted show at Kingston Woodhouse, Kingston,  taking place on 02/08/2024:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Jamaica Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on SportsMax, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Michael Duguid (9 - 0 - 1) who hails from Kingston, Jamaica and Malcolm Haig(6 - 4 - 2) from New Kingston, Jamaica.  Both Duguid and Haig weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jacob Pye, and the three ringside judges are John French, Gareth Stater and Oliver Hedley.
