Yakiv Ostrovsky vs Gennady Bondar

Boxing Daily Report from the Hagopyan Promotions promoted show at Borya Babiak Gym, Donetsk,  taking place on 02/08/2024:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Ukraine-Donetsk Oblast Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Yakiv Ostrovsky (11 - 5 - 2) who hails from Donetsk, Ukraine and Gennady Bondar(5 - 7 - 3) from Mariupol, Ukraine.  Ostrovsky weighed in at 115 pounds, while Bondar weighed in at 114 pounds and 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Mikhail Pyzik, and the three ringside judges are Faddei Orel, Gennady Tetyukhin and Zernebog Walek.

Bondar quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Ostrovsky connects with a right hook.
