Jack Blandon vs John Chamelyan

Boxing Daily Report from the AL Promotions promoted show at Bill Graham Civic Auditorium, San Francisco,  taking place on 23/08/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the IRBF Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fox Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Jack Blandon (15(10) - 0) who hails from Philadelphia, USA and John Chamelyan(11 - 3(1) - 1) from Perth, Australia.  Both Blandon and Chamelyan weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Will Ducat, and the three ringside judges are Amon Scroggie, Noah Rankin and Sam Salvas.  

Round 1: 

Blandon sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a straight 1 - 2.

Blandon steps to the outside and hits home with a cross.  Blandon tries to land a jab, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Blandon lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Chamelyan is looking to close the distance and manages to force Blandon onto the ropes.  Chamelyan digs in a left hook to Blandon's liver.
