Josh Kennan vs Nicholas McRae

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Australia-Victoria promoted show at Dom Kennedy Gym, Melbourne,  taking place on 14/08/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Josh Kennan (1 - 0) who hails from Melbourne, Australia and Nicholas McRae(0 - 2) from Wollongong, Australia.  Both Kennan and McRae weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Alastair MacIntyre, and the three ringside judges are Leeroy Nicolaides, Ian Suit and Brendan Stronach.  

Round 1:

Kennan quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Kennan is on target with a left hook.  Kennan ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Kennan pushes his forearm into McRae's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Kennan to stop fouling.
