Boxing Daily Report from the Danquah Promotions promoted show at Dakar Boffrand, Dakar,  taking place on 09/08/2024:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Senegal Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on RTS, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Laron de Balzac (12(1) - 2 - 1) who hails from Dakar, Senegal and Montague Jean-Louis(10(1) - 4(2) - 1) from Dakar, Senegal.  de Balzac weighed in at 146 pounds and 7 ounces, while Jean-Louis weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Dominique Le Roy Ladurie, and the three ringside judges are Orleans Dabo, Orleans Dabo and Landry de la Bretonne.
