Malik Alam vs Sajid Wahid

Boxing Daily Report from the UAE Boxing promoted show at Ramada by Wyndham Downtown Dubai, Dubai,  taking place on 06/09/2024:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the UAE Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Al Jazeera Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Malik Alam (11 - 0 - 1) who hails from Al Ain, UAE and Sajid Wahid(8 - 1 - 4) from Sharjah, UAE.  Both Alam and Wahid weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Haider Albishi, and the three ringside judges are Ahmed Ghanem, Imran Hasnawi and Gazi Maalouf.
