Haaris Diab vs Corey Sau

Boxing Daily Report from the Bos Firefighters promoted show at Safari Park Hotel, Nairobi,  taking place on 31/08/2024:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the African Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Haaris Diab (15(5) - 1) who hails from Aba, Nigeria and Corey Sau(13 - 3(1)) from Machakos, Kenya.  Both Diab and Sau weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rehan Abed, and the three ringside judges are Elliot Lumumba, Rob Birdi and Bob Mbiyu.
