Jun Sazama vs Jiro Ishibashi

Boxing Daily Report from the Glove Shack promoted show at Maishimo Arena, Osaka,  taking place on 02/09/2024:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the East Asian Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky-A Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Jun Sazama (12(8) - 1(1) - 1) who hails from Kyoto, Japan and Jiro Ishibashi(8 - 4(2)) from Nagoya, Japan.  Both Sazama and Ishibashi weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jun Nakahara, and the three ringside judges are Takeo Kudo, Satoru Muraoka and Kenji Tamura.  

Round 1:
