Boxing Daily Report from the Big Bang Promotions promoted show at Toolo Sports Hall, Helsinki,  taking place on 21/08/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Nordic Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on MTV Sport 1, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Santeri Hokkanen (12(2) - 4(1) - 1) who hails from Helsinki, Finland and Eevert Verkko(13 - 1 - 1) from Turku, Finland.  Both Hokkanen and Verkko weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Gideon Laitinen, and the three ringside judges are Kauko Lehtinen, Manu Koivurinnen and Miko Vainio.
