Floyd Bedel vs Leighton Saucer

Boxing Daily Report from the Namugerwa Promotions promoted show at Dan Inglish Gym, Calgary,  taking place on 16/08/2024:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Canada-Alberta Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Floyd Bedel (9 - 1 - 2) who hails from Calgary, Canada and Leighton Saucer(9 - 0 - 1) from Edmonton, Canada.  Both Bedel and Saucer weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Oscar Lewis, and the three ringside judges are Theo Kimmons, Glynn Lyne and Charles Wardrop.  

Round 1:
