Boxing Daily Report from the African Fusion promoted show at Zimbabwe International Trade Fair, Bulawayo,  taking place on 16/08/2024:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the Zimbabwe Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on DStv, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Sammy Chibhabha (8 - 0 - 1) who hails from Harare, Zimbabwe and Ian Nyumbu(11 - 5 - 1) from Harare, Zimbabwe.  Chibhabha weighed in at 154 pounds, while Nyumbu weighed in at 153 pounds And 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is David Kapinda, and the three ringside judges are Leighton Van den Bergh, Mark Nyambuya and George Chimutengwende.
