Chris McCracken vs Alfonso Velazco

Boxing Daily Report from the Bos Firefighters promoted show at Peaks Ice Arena, Provo,  taking place on 19/09/2024:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Chris McCracken (8 - 0) who hails from Syracuse, USA and Alfonso Velazco(8 - 9 - 2) from Cochabamba, Bolivia.  McCracken weighed in at 115 pounds, while Velazco weighed in at 114 pounds and 5 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Neil Probert, and the three ringside judges are Lucas Magorian, Lucas Magorian and Edward Cary.

Velazco is desperate to make more of an impact on his opponent.   He steps in close and swings a low uppercut into McCracken's groin!  The ref signals for the action to continue.  He either hasnt noticed the blatant foul or doesnt care!
