Rodrigo Mestas vs Oleos Hernandez

Boxing Daily Report from the Konadu Promotions promoted show at Guatemala City Jose, Guatemala City,  taking place on 20/08/2024:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Guatemala-Guatemala Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on El Súper Canal, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rodrigo Mestas (15 - 1 - 1) who hails from Guatemala City, Guatemala and Oleos Hernandez(6 - 4 - 4) from Mixco, Guatemala.  Both Mestas and Hernandez weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ovidio Simeon, and the three ringside judges are Gervasio Gamez, Cisco Esperanza and Orlando Arboleda.
