Montague de Balzac vs Pernell Blier

Boxing Daily Report from the Mini Promotions promoted show at Port-au-Prince Omer, Port-au-Prince,  taking place on 21/08/2024:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Haiti-Ouest Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Montague de Balzac (7 - 6 - 2) who hails from Port-au-Prince, Haiti and Pernell Blier(11(1) - 0) from Port-au-Prince, Haiti.  de Balzac weighed in at 146 pounds and 15 ounces, while Blier weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Nazaire Marques, and the three ringside judges are Sorrel Char, Tenenan de Balzac and Canaan Beaudoin.  

Round 1:
