Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ghana-Northern Ghana promoted show at Tamale Afenynu, Tamale,  taking place on 20/08/2024:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Ghana Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on bTV Action, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Kentay Afotey (12(1) - 2) who hails from Tamale, Ghana and Lukman Faress(14 - 0 - 1) from Accra, Ghana.  Afotey weighed in at 225 pounds and 15 ounces, while Faress weighed in at 247 pounds and 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Makalo Donkor, and the three ringside judges are Sam Adabor, Robert Eck and Fraser Habe.
