Khalid Leghari vs Ashok Shokeen

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Iran-Tehran promoted show at Esteghlal Hotel, Tehran,  taking place on 22/08/2024:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Iran-Tehran Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on IRIB, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Khalid Leghari (12 - 3(1)) who hails from Tehran, Iran and Ashok Shokeen(11 - 5 - 2) from Tehran, Iran.  Both Leghari and Shokeen weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Malik Ben, and the three ringside judges are Asif Youssef, Amer Khar and Saad Salameh.
