Boxing Daily Report from the AI India-Gujurat promoted show at Ahmedabad Balyan, Ahmedabad,  taking place on 23/08/2024:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the India-Gujurat Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Baldev Narine (9 - 3 - 4) who hails from Surat, India and Chandrasekar Ranjan(4 - 10 - 2) from Surat, India.  Narine weighed in at 140 pounds, while Ranjan weighed in at 139 pounds And 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Anupam Rana, and the three ringside judges are Adnan Odeh, Premnath Rangaswamy and Gurudas Kalla.
