Afon Vassiliev vs Isamu Arita

Boxing Daily Report from the Glove Shack promoted show at Ota-City General Gymnasium, Tokyo,  taking place on 24/08/2024:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Afon Vassiliev (7 - 1) who hails from Moscow, Russia and Isamu Arita(5 - 5(1) - 1) from Tokyo, Japan.  Vassiliev weighed in at 167 pounds and 11 ounces, while Arita weighed in at 167 pounds and 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Hideki Ishibashi, and the three ringside judges are Hikaru Nakamura, Keiichi Iida and Hisao Yamane.
