Vicenzo Sospiri vs Fabiano Romano

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Italy-Lombardy promoted show at Palestra Ursus, Milan,  taking place on 24/08/2024:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Italy Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport Italia, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Vicenzo Sospiri (6 - 0) who hails from Brescia, Italy and Fabiano Romano(14 - 2(1)) from Brescia, Italy.  Sospiri weighed in at 115 pounds, while Romano weighed in at 114 pounds and 3 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Tino De Bacco, and the three ringside judges are Augusto Abate, Adriano Bonatesta and Sergio Galati.
