Cruz Lagos vs Nemesio Montellano

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Philippines-Batangas promoted show at Batangas City Cainglit, Batangas City,  taking place on 23/08/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Philippines-Batangas Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Cruz Lagos (10 - 2) who hails from Lipa, Philippines and Nemesio Montellano(8(1) - 0) from Batangas City, Philippines.  Lagos weighed in at 140 pounds, while Montellano weighed in at 139 pounds And 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Edmundo Eusebio, and the three ringside judges are Rodrigo Arco, Santiago Alinsangan and Cortez Alimboyugen.
