Daichi Kobayashi vs Kaede Iwasaki

Boxing Daily Report from the Akrofi Promotions promoted show at Yamabuki Kaikan Hall, Kawagoe,  taking place on 09/09/2024:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the Japan-Aichi Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Daichi Kobayashi (6 - 7 - 3) who hails from Toyohashi, Japan and Kaede Iwasaki(2 - 5 - 1) from Nagoya, Japan.  Both Kobayashi and Iwasaki weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Keiichi Yamamura, and the three ringside judges are Goro Oyama, Kenji Oba and Hisoka Noguchi.  

Round 1: 

Iwasaki throws an overhand left, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Iwasaki hits home with a left hook.  
Kobayashi steps to the outside.  Kobayashi sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Iwasaki finds the target with a jab.
