Fumio Tanaka vs Hikaru Toda

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Promotions promoted show at Tokyo Big Sight, Tokyo,  taking place on 17/08/2024:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Fumio Tanaka (5 - 0) who hails from Tokyo, Japan and Hikaru Toda(6 - 0) from Okazaki, Japan.  Both Tanaka and Toda weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Naoki Morita, and the three ringside judges are Aki Fujii, Yutaka Hirayama and Satoshi Fuse.
