Boxing Daily Report from the AI Netherlands-North Holland promoted show at Albinus Aernouds Gym, Amsterdam,  taking place on 27/08/2024:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Netherlands Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Merck Oom (12 - 3) who hails from Amsterdam, Netherlands and Kevin Modde(13 - 2 - 1) from Rotterdam, Netherlands.  Both Oom and Modde weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Adriaan Van de Ven, and the three ringside judges are Francies Scholliers, Arthur Parydaen and Freddie Van Gansebroeck.
