Corey Murray vs Davie Fenderson

Boxing Daily Report from the AI New Zealand-Auckland promoted show at Auckland Bonar, Auckland,  taking place on 27/08/2024:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the New Zealand-Auckland Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Corey Murray (8 - 4) who hails from North Shore, New Zealand and Davie Fenderson(10 - 3 - 2) from Waitakere, New Zealand.  Both Murray and Fenderson weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jake Smith, and the three ringside judges are Chris Booth, Hani Rarere and Brin Stackpole.
