Ollie Prior vs Vince Rae

Boxing Daily Report from the Awere Promotions promoted show at Michael Twaddell Gym, Lexington,  taking place on 02/09/2024:

Clearly Awere Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ollie Prior (8 - 0) who hails from Buffalo, USA and Vince Rae(4 - 2 - 1) from Dallas, USA.  Prior weighed in at 255 pounds and 6 ounces, while Rae weighed in at 239 pounds and 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Euan Slone, and the three ringside judges are Michael Harkins, Patrick Carnegie and Patrick Carnegie.  

Round 1: 

Prior gets on the inside and lands a right hook to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.

Prior walks his opponent down, trapping him in a neutral corner.  Prior lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Prior gets on the inside and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.

Prior is on target with a stinging right hook to Rae's ribs.

Prior forces Rae to back into the corner.  Prior connects with a right hook.  
Prior tries to land a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Prior connects with a left hook.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Rae has taken some damage from that accidental headbutt.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.  
Prior is on target with a right hook to Rae's body.  Prior attempts to land a right hook, but Rae parries the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Rae feints a left, and then finds the target with a jab.  
Prior closes the distance and lands a left hook to the body, a left hook to the head and a right hook to the head.  
Prior advances into close range and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Prior cuts off the ring, trapping Rae on the ropes.  Prior tries to land a right uppercut, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Prior lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.

Prior manages to force Rae into the corner.  Prior lands a left hook to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  
Prior sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.
