Tariq Noori vs Atif Qureshi

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Uganda-Northern Region promoted show at Lira Ellahi, Lira,  taking place on 14/09/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the Uganda-Northern Region Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Tariq Noori (8 - 0 - 1) who hails from Gulu, Uganda and Atif Qureshi(3 - 3) from Lira, Uganda.  Noori weighed in at 239 pounds and 15 ounces, while Qureshi weighed in at 256 pounds and 8 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Mark Hamya, and the three ringside judges are John Wabwiremangen, Dale Kayonga and Colin Dada.
