Daniil Sarfas vs Igor Abele

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Latvia-Riga promoted show at Riga Sipols, Riga,  taking place on 04/09/2024:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Latvia-Riga Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Daniil Sarfas (3 - 3 - 2) who hails from Riga, Latvia and Igor Abele(2 - 2 - 1) from Riga, Latvia.  Sarfas weighed in at 139 pounds and 14 ounces, while Abele weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Dmitri Oshkaja, and the three ringside judges are Boris Jaunslavietis, Arseni Sausaismarcis and Aleksandr Austrinsh.
