Vitali Issaeff vs Marshall Depardieu

Boxing Daily Report from the Frank Smith’s Tea Boy Promotions promoted show at Bolton Whites Hotel, Bolton,  taking place on 30/09/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport UK, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Vitali Issaeff (7 - 0) who hails from Karagandy, Kazakhstan and Marshall Depardieu(6 - 10 - 5) from Marseille, France.  Issaeff weighed in at 147 pounds, while Depardieu weighed in at 146 pounds and 6 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Iain McClure, and the three ringside judges are Greg Cody, Rob Marceau and Rob Apted.  

Round 1: 

Issaeff advances into close range and is on target with a solid left hook to his opponents body.  Issaeff clinches his opponent.  Issaeff uses his free hand to throw a body hook, but it lands on Depardieu's kidney. Issaeff is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Issaeff to stop fouling.
