Boxing Daily Report from the Sumito Urayama's KO Kings promoted show at Sumito Gym, Sao Paulo,  taking place on 07/09/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Carlos Cafezinho Nolasco (1 - 4) who hails from Sao Paulo, Brazil and Reyes Lupercio(1 - 12 - 1) from Sao Paulo, Brazil.  Both Nolasco and Lupercio weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Gervasio Lino, and the three ringside judges are Vidal Moreno, Rodrigo Lobos and Carlos Curro.  

Round 1: 

Lupercio manouvers his opponent into the red corner.  Lupercio pivots to the side of his opponent.  Nolasco lands a cross.  
Lupercio gets on the inside.  Lupercio pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a left uppercut.  
Lupercio is on target with a right hook.  
Nolasco is looking to keep his distance and finds the target with a jab.  
Nolasco switches the action to the outside.  Nolasco sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Lupercio hits home with a cross.  
Lupercio is looking to close the distance and hits home with a left hook.  Lupercio clinches his opponent.  Lupercio hits his opponent with a kidney shot within the clinch. The referee separates the two fighters and warns Lupercio.  
Nolasco pivots to the right of his opponent and is on target with a jab.  
Lupercio connects with a cross.
