Nico Fortuna vs Samuel Otradovec

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Italy-Sicily promoted show at San Paolo Palace, Palermo,  taking place on 12/09/2024:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the EU Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport Italia, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Nico Fortuna (13 - 2) who hails from Palermo, Italy and Samuel Otradovec(17 - 1) from Prague, Czech Republic.  Fortuna weighed in at 118 pounds, while Otradovec weighed in at 117 pounds and 6 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Vicenzo Strano, and the three ringside judges are Valentino Spataro, Antonio Gallico and Claudio Pasqual.
