Ryo Dimas vs Jose Busto

Boxing Daily Report from the Bos Firefighters promoted show at University at Buffalo Alumni Arena, Buffalo,  taking place on 27/09/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Americas Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Ryo Dimas (15 - 1) who hails from Guatemala City, Guatemala and Jose Busto(14 - 4(1)) from Guatemala City, Guatemala.  Both Dimas and Busto weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Cody Craighead, and the three ringside judges are Ben Hopkins, Massimo Alemanno and Rich Lawter.  

Round 1: 

Busto digs in a right hook to his opponents body.  Busto attempts to land an uppercut to the solar plexus, but he strays low!  The ref stops the action and gives Dimas time to recover.
