Rehman Shafi vs Ewan Xing

Boxing Daily Report from the Bos Firefighters promoted show at Indira Gandhi Arena - KD Jadhav Indoor Hall, New Delhi,  taking place on 21/09/2024:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the South Asian Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Star Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Rehman Shafi (11 - 0 - 1) who hails from Hyderabad, India and Ewan Xing(15 - 1) from Johor Bahru, Malaysia.  Both Shafi and Xing weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Malik Baten, and the three ringside judges are Jasvinder Ramesh, Malik Baten and Syed Ghazal.
