Alejandro Cardoso vs Xaverius Savala

Boxing Daily Report from the Ruzgeryan Promotions promoted show at Santo Domingo de Guz Mansilla, Santo Domingo de Guzman,  taking place on 16/09/2024:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Dominican Republic-Distrito Nacional Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on CERTV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Alejandro Cardoso (9 - 2) who hails from Santo Domingo de Guzman, Dominican Republic and Xaverius Savala(10 - 0) from Santo Domingo de Guzman, Dominican Republic.  Both Cardoso and Savala weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Reynaldo Arias, and the three ringside judges are Joaquin Burgo, Guillermo Galea and Enzo Montes.
