Gus Scroggie vs Dai Perin

Boxing Daily Report from the North Star Boxing promoted show at Saint Paul Falen, Saint Paul,  taking place on 03/09/2024:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Gus Scroggie (2 - 0) who hails from Knoxville, USA and Dai Perin(2 - 3 - 1) from New York City, USA.  Both Scroggie and Perin weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Phil Bertel, and the three ringside judges are Charlie Genz, David Scholar and Charlie Genz.  

Round 1: 

Perin steps inside.  Scroggie digs in a stinging left hook to Perin's body.  
Scroggie lands a jab.
