Klaus Remis vs Alpheus Chontos

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Greece-West Greece promoted show at Moses Banis Gym, Patrai,  taking place on 19/09/2024:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Greece Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on ERT1, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Klaus Remis (6 - 5 - 3) who hails from Patrai, Greece and Alpheus Chontos(8 - 2 - 1) from Athens, Greece.  Remis weighed in at 174 pounds And 15 ounces, while Chontos weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Theo Tantalo, and the three ringside judges are Dekel Lagana, Androgeus Spiteri and Telamon Kollias.  

Round 1: 

Chontos closes the distance and drives a right uppercut into his opponents ribcage.  Chontos throws a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Chontos steps inside.  Chontos pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a left hook.
