Zafa Syed vs Amer Kazemi

Boxing Daily Report from the Noyoo Promotions promoted show at Isfahan Soomro, Isfahan,  taking place on 21/09/2024:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Iran-Isfahan Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on IRIB, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Zafa Syed (11 - 0) who hails from Isfahan, Iran and Amer Kazemi(7 - 4(1) - 2) from Isfahan, Iran.  Both Syed and Kazemi weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rashid Salim, and the three ringside judges are Rehan Siddiqui, Haaris Mazari and Jawad Jama.  

Round 1: 

Kazemi is on target with a cross.  Kazemi throws a left uppercut, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Kazemi gets on the inside.  Kazemi sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Syed lands a left uppercut.  Syed attempts to land a left uppercut, but Kazemi blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.

Syed closes the distance.  Kazemi throws a right hook, but Syed clinches his opponent.  The ref breaks Syed's hold and signals for the fight to continue.
