Kyo Suto vs Nori Yamashita

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Hyogo promoted show at Himeji Seto, Himeji,  taking place on 22/09/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Japan-Hyogo Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky-A Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Kyo Suto (9 - 2 - 2) who hails from Kobe, Japan and Nori Yamashita(8 - 3 - 2) from Kobe, Japan.  Both Suto and Yamashita weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Hiro Seno, and the three ringside judges are Shinji Sama, Ryo Ohara and Kyo Maekawa.  

Round 1: 

Yamashita throws a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Suto is on target with a left uppercut.

Suto tries to step out of his opponents range.  Suto circles his opponent with a low guard, waiting for his opponent to attack.  Yamashita is on target with a jab.  
Yamashita hits home with a right hook.  
Yamashita steps inside.  Suto lands a right hook.
