Naoki Chiba vs Nori Hoga

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Saitama promoted show at Saitama Tabata, Saitama,  taking place on 22/09/2024:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Japan-Saitama Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky-A Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Naoki Chiba (7 - 3 - 1) who hails from Tokorozawa, Japan and Nori Hoga(9 - 1) from Soka, Japan.  Both Chiba and Hoga weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mitsuru Kamei, and the three ringside judges are Dai Shiroma, Yuji Yanagi and Hideki Machida.
