Sammy Chibhabha vs Leon Raza

Boxing Daily Report from the African Fusion promoted show at Zimbabwe International Trade Fair, Bulawayo,  taking place on 03/10/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Zimbabwe Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on DStv, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Sammy Chibhabha (9 - 0 - 1) who hails from Harare, Zimbabwe and Leon Raza(7 - 0 - 3) from Harare, Zimbabwe.  Chibhabha weighed in at 153 pounds and 10 ounces, while Raza weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Billy Mpofu, and the three ringside judges are Joey Mumbengegwi, Chiamaka Matsikenyeri and David Kapinda.
