Koldan Ezitis vs Marco Dena

Boxing Daily Report from the Donnelly Boxing promoted show at Raimy Mbumwaye Gym, Kitwe,  taking place on 01/09/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 4 round matchup are Koldan Ezitis (3 - 0) who hails from Riga, Latvia and Marco Dena(3 - 4 - 3) from Lima, Peru.  Both Ezitis and Dena weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Udenwa Chizyuka, and the three ringside judges are Kyan Lisulo, Kwau Kozlowiecki and Mablevi Machila.  

Round 1: 

Ezitis gets on the inside and connects with a left uppercut.  Ezitis holds on to his opponent.  Ezitis leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Ezitis hits his opponent with a kidney shot within the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.
