Boxing Daily Report from the AI New Zealand-Auckland promoted show at Ian Simrell Gym, Auckland,  taking place on 26/09/2024:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the New Zealand-Auckland Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Amon Makiha (6 - 5(1) - 3) who hails from Manukau, New Zealand and Dai Pohopohe(7 - 4 - 2) from Waitakere, New Zealand.  Makiha weighed in at 111 pounds and 3 ounces, while Pohopohe weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Joey Bridgeforth, and the three ringside judges are Joey Bridgeforth, Dale Mostyn and Robert Haturini.
