Sam Creer vs Yasin Khalaf

Boxing Daily Report from the Showtime Promotions promoted show at Tower Theatre, Fresno,  taking place on 04/11/2024:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on MSG Network, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Sam Creer (7 - 0) who hails from Providence, USA and Yasin Khalaf(0 - 0 - 2) from Las Vegas, USA.  Both Creer and Khalaf weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ian Blevens, and the three ringside judges are David Moreman, Sam Salvas and John Summerfield.  

Round 1: 

Creer switches the action to the outside and lands a jab.  
Creer hits home with a cross.

Creer is looking to keep his distance and lands a jab to the head, a cross to the head and a jab to the body.
