Emanuel Acevedo vs Lorenzo Mederos

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Venezuela-Aragua promoted show at Maracay Francia, Maracay,  taking place on 02/10/2024:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Venezuela-Aragua Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Meridiano TV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Emanuel Acevedo (14 - 1) who hails from Maracay, Venezuela and Lorenzo Mederos(8 - 4 - 3) from Maracay, Venezuela.  Acevedo weighed in at 160 pounds, while Mederos weighed in at 159 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Quin Alamo, and the three ringside judges are Montel Verdin, Jose Rafael and Diego Hernandes.
