Yobachi Mawoyo vs Joshua Gwisai

Boxing Daily Report from the African Fusion promoted show at Zimbabwe International Trade Fair, Bulawayo,  taking place on 19/10/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Zimbabwe-Bulawayo Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Yobachi Mawoyo (8 - 8 - 3) who hails from Bulawayo, Zimbabwe and Joshua Gwisai(4 - 10 - 2) from Bulawayo, Zimbabwe.  Mawoyo weighed in at 230 pounds And 5 ounces, while Gwisai weighed in at 237 pounds And 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Paul Dumbutshena, and the three ringside judges are Jack Shamuyarira, Arran Sibanda and Matt Quilliam.
