Sorrel Diop vs Honore Yero

Boxing Daily Report from the Wigwam Promotions promoted show at Yoro Touba, Touba,  taking place on 12/10/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Sorrel Diop (8(1) - 0) who hails from Dakar, Senegal and Honore Yero(5 - 6(1) - 3) from Pikine, Senegal.  Both Diop and Yero weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Lyle Oltz, and the three ringside judges are Nicolas Mansour, Dior de France and Germain Ndour.  

Round 1: 

Diop tries to step out of his opponents range and lands two jabs followed by a cross to his opponents head.
